Are energy/nutrition bars okay to be eating? - balance bar nutrition facts
I work 50-60 minutes on the elliptical trainer five to six days per week and light weight training two days per week. I'm fifteen years old, 101 pounds, Im trying to keep my weight and I eat about 1700 calories per day and include bars on my caloric needs. I eat a healthy diet rich in fruits and vegetables and whole grains, but I'll try for the sport. I eat normally Larabar, balance beam, Cliff or Luna bars. Is it acceptable for human consumption of these products?

Yes, it can certainly be the consumption of the latter. How tall are you on the street? You are in a great workout and it seems that dietary habits are also good, so it never hurts to be treated a little. Allow half a nutrition / energy bar for lunch, after school average, and probably after a workout. Never forget to have some fun! Also, try a piece of dark chocolate is actually good for you!

I hope I'm like all the time. I checked the labels on the scales and the moon, but not others. They are safe as I can judge.
They are good.
